Alpine Apex Cleaning LLC is not the employer of the house cleaner referred to you. We refer highly vetted cleaners in the area to our customers.

## Cleaning Services
Alpine Apex Cleaning LLC provides professional, residential, and other cleaning services.
When scheduling online, you will be prompted to provide your contact information as well as select a specific cleaning service. We will also need to know the size of the premises to be cleaned as well as the number of bathrooms and other details.
- All bookings will always have a one to two-hour (1-2) arrival window due to unexpected delays or force majeure events.
- Rate increases or changes will be posted on our website and/or customers will be notified via email.

## Scheduling and Confirmation
### Confirmation:
When booking a cleaning service online, you understand that it does not automatically guarantee an appointment for that day and time. Scheduling conflicts may occur. A representative will contact you by email or phone with confirmation for your appointment.
- Appointment Window: Our Company permits a one to two-hour (1-2) arrival window due to unforeseen events (e.g., traffic, weather, etc.). If our representative is running behind schedule, our Company will notify you via phone call or text.
- Lockout Policy: If our cleaner is unable to access the premises due to being locked out or lack of access, a $100.00 lockout fee will be charged.

## Payment
Payment for services can be made via credit or debit card through the Client Portal on the website or via phone call.
- Accepted Payment Methods: We accept all major credit and debit cards.
- Automatic Billing: Customers who enroll in weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cleaning services authorize our Company to charge their credit or debit card after each scheduled cleaning.
### Financial Responsibility
You agree to be personally and financially responsible for any and all outstanding costs and fees associated with cleaning services. This includes but is not limited to:
- Collection costs
- Attorney’s fees
- Legal costs for unpaid amounts on account

## Refunds
We do not offer refunds, as we are committed to providing the highest quality service. However, if you are unsatisfied with your cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will correct any issues at no additional charge.

## Right to Refuse Service
Our Company reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time to protect our staff, agents, and business. We do not provide services in homes where there are:
- Weapons left out in the open
- Extreme clutter or hazardous conditions
- Disconnected utilities
- Aggressive pets that are not secured

## Cancellations
24-Hour Notice: We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment.
### Cancellation Fees:
- Failure to provide 24-hour notice will result in a $100.00 cancellation fee charged to your credit card.
- If our cleaner arrives and cannot enter the premises (e.g., locked out, turned away at the door, refused entrance), a $100.00 lockout fee will be charged.

## Security and Alarms
### Access to Your Home:
By booking a cleaning service, you authorize Alpine Apex Cleaning LLC and its representatives to access your home or premises.
- Security Systems: If your home has a security system, you must provide deactivation instructions or a code before service.
- Keys & Access Codes: If access is denied due to a security issue, a lockout fee will be applied.

## Use of Customer’s Equipment
If you request that we use your cleaning equipment or vacuum:
- Alpine Apex Cleaning LLC is not responsible for damages that may occur.
- If the customer’s equipment is inoperable at the time of service, the cleaner will not be able to vacuum floors unless allowed to use their own equipment.

## Special Cleaning Instructions
- If you require green cleaning supplies, please notify us before your scheduled service.
- If you prefer that we use your own cleaning supplies, please provide them in advance.
### What We Do Not Clean:
- Mold removal, hazardous material cleanup
- Hoarding homes, extreme clutter
- Blood, bodily fluids, excrement, cat litter boxes, bird cages

## Limited Liability
We take reasonable precautions when cleaning your home. However, we are not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage to fixtures, furniture, or fragile items
- Improperly installed items
- Valuables or heirlooms not disclosed prior to cleaning
If an item is damaged or lost, you must report it within 24 hours.

## Non-Solicitation Agreement
By entering into this Agreement, you agree not to solicit any cleaner, agent, or contractor referred by Alpine Apex Cleaning LLC to work for you directly.
- This agreement remains in effect for one (1) year after termination of services.

## Website Usage
Users of our website may not:
- Copy or distribute website content
- Use bots, scraping tools, or data mining software
- Attempt to register others without consent
- Engage in harassment or threats toward our staff or customers

## Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Colorado, without regard to conflicts of law provisions.
